Our Mission

TEX exists to simplify counselor workflows and maximize student outcomes. We believe that career readiness shouldn't depend on a school's budget or a counselor's caseload — every student deserves personalized guidance and access to real opportunities.

The challenge

School counselors are stretched impossibly thin. With average caseloads exceeding 400 students, meaningful one-on-one career guidance is a luxury most schools simply cannot afford. Administrative tasks consume the hours that should be spent mentoring.

The result? Students graduate without exposure to the careers, industries, and professionals that could shape their futures. The gap between education and employment widens — especially for students who lack personal networks and connections.
